ONLINE REGISTRATION
To register in distance education courses supported by the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology, you must first be formally admitted to UBC. Please refer to the admissions and registration page for more information.
The UBC Student Service Centre is open online seven days a week. Students can login with their campus-wide login (CWL) ID by entering their eight-digit student number and password (initially set to their birth day in the YYMMDD format).
Please consult the courses section of the CTLT website for course codes or view the course listings on the Student Service Centre.

FEES
Fees will be charged on a per-credit basis plus a non-refundable administrative charge of $46.50 for each distance learning course. To find out more information about the per-credit course fees, please refer to the UBC Academic Calendar.
Students can find out more about textbook requirements from the individual course outlines posted in the courses section, as well as through the textbook listings on the UBC Bookstore website.
Refunds for courses supported by CTLT will be granted in accordance with the policy for all courses.
Note: All courses supported by CTLT are considered single term courses for the purposes of refunds (see section 1.6.2 of the UBC Calendar, Refund of Undergraduate Student Tuition).
Where examinations are permitted at a location not normally set up for UBC examinations, a Special Invigilation and Outside Examination Centre Fee of $40.00 is payable with your examination application.
