Process consulting makes a demonstrable difference to problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness related to teaching and learning.
Are you responsible for an initiative or project with clear deliverables and undefined processes? Are you bringing collaborators to the table with varied skills and interests but you lack cohesion around objectives? Experienced facilitators can help you surface the wisdom of your group and gain clarity about exactly what you intend to do and the processes you might choose to get there.
The Facilitation and Process Design Team at CTLT provides process consulting services intended to help make a demonstrable difference to problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness related to teaching and learning. These services include:
- Design of a process (a single event or a longer initiative) – a series of deliberately sequenced activities intended to lead to projected outcomes.
- Facilitation – where a facilitator enables diverse group members to work together collaboratively and effectively in pursuit of specific goals.
The results, methods, and nature of how our facilitators work with group members will depend on the situation, and will be developed in consultation with you. The best outcomes are derived from a thoughtful plan, which takes some time. We encourage you to contact us at least one month prior to when you anticipate needing our facilitation services. However, we will do our best to help you out regardless of the timeline. Please contact Jessica Earle-Meadows for consulting services.
