Natasha supports the design and implementation of teaching and learning research and evaluation projects across campus and assists in the coordination of the Institute for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning. She supports faculty members as they evaluate their Teaching and Learning Enhancement Fund projects (TLEF), sustains and expands a community of SoTL practitioners among UBC Faculty, facilitates the student network of SoTL Specialists, and engages in research into teaching and learning initiatives that serve the UBC Strategic Plan. She has a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the University of British Columbia, where she studied holistic preference decision-making.
