Call for Proposals
On behalf of the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (STLHE), Simon Fraser University, and the University of British Columbia, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the STLHE 2015 conference’s Call for Proposals. STLHE 2015 will be held in Vancouver, BC from June 16 – 19, 2015. For this 35th Annual STLHE conference, themed, “Achieving Harmony: Tuning into Practice”, we welcome proposals on topic areas related to:
- Teaching, assessment and evaluation
- Curriculum design and learning outcomes
- Educational development
- Leadership in teaching and learning
- Learning environments and technology integration
- Disciplines, language, and culture
- Learners considerations and support
- Research, scholarly inquiry and reflective practice
Multi-disciplinary scholarly approaches to transforming teaching and learning and Indigenous perspectives in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education are welcome, as are proposals that create opportunities for dynamic dialogue. Individuals are invited to provide presentations, interactive workshops, round table discussions, and posters that stimulate discussion around the theme Achieving Harmony: Tuning into Practice.

Call for Reviewers
We invite you to be a reviewer for STLHE 2015. Each proposal is vetted by multiple reviewers and evaluated for clarity of outcomes, relevance, and scholarship and given past conferences, we expect that we will require a large number of reviewers. Each reviewer may review up to 10 proposals of no more than 250 words (max.) each in early to mid-February.
Please sign up by January 23, 2015 as a reviewer:

- Complete all required fields, denoted with an asterisk
- Select ‘Reviewer’ (You may also select ‘Author’ if you intend to submit a proposal)
- Indicate your area(s) of interest
- Click the green “Create” button (a confirmation email will be sent to you once you do this)
