From now until June 5, 2015, the Institute for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (ISoTL) is accepting proposals for the SoTL Research Fund.
ISoTL offers this funding opportunity for faculty members who conduct research in the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL). The SoTL Research Fund provides support, resources, and mentorship for SoTL projects. This year, successful applicants will receive support in the form of up to 80 hours of a SoTL Research Assistant, up to $1,000 in discretionary funds, and extensive support to help with research design, implementation, data collection, and analysis.
Earlier this year, BCcampus published an article profiling a UBC project that received funding through the 2014 SoTL Research Fund. To view a list of all of the projects that were funded through the 2014 SoTL Research Fund, please see the SoTL awarded projects page.
UPDATE: The deadline to apply for the 2015 SoTL Research Fund has been extended until June 5, 2015.
