Susan Wong
Susan collaborates with central support units to develop, maintain and improve operational processes. She manages the day to day administrative course maintenance activities for fully online credit courses including academic session planning to ensure smooth operations and with a focus on the student experience.
Kelvin Xu
Kelvin is a full stack developer who specializes in WordPress development. He helps maintain UBC CMS and UBC Blogs. He develops WordPress plugins to help teaching and learning for faculties and departments.
Alicia Harder
Alicia leads the Planning, Admin and Communications (PAC) team here at the CTLT. The CTLT’s PAC team provides expertise and support for the unit’s communications, event planning and logistics, HR, finance and operations functions. Remy Corbet
Remy develops, implements and manages marketing and communication projects for the CTLT. He facilitates the CTLT’s newsletters, writes stories that highlight the initiatives of the UBC teaching and learning community, and provides strategic input in the development of the CTLT’s digital communication properties.
Sukhi Ghuman
Sukhi initiates, develops, and manages the coordination and execution of event and marketing plans for workshops, programs and various high-profile events on behalf of CTLT. Janice Ho
Janice is responsible for developing website content and email marketing at CTLT. She also assists in creating, designing, and maintaining CTLT’s digital properties as well as deploys email campaigns and newsletters.
Joe Zerdin
Joe loves technology. When something new and shiny comes out he immediately evaluates it and starts to consider how it can be used to enhance teaching and learning. Joe primarily works on implementing and supporting iClickers and Blackboard Collaborate, but usually has his hands in various technological pots.
