CTLT External Review

In November 2016, CTLT underwent an External Review of services and support offered to the UBC community. The review panel comprised:

  • Dr Marsha Lovett, Director, Eberly Center for Teaching Excellence & Educational Innovation, Carnegie Mellon University
  • Dr Diana Oblinger, past President, EDUCAUSE
  • Dr Laura Winer, Director, Teaching & Learning Services, McGill University
  • Dr Diana Wu Dean, UC Berkeley Extension, Executive Director, Berkeley Resource Center for Online Education, UC Berkeley.

Over the course of a two day visit they met with over 100 faculty, staff and students from UBC. The materials relating to the External Review are available below:

The CTLT is located on the ancestral and unceded territory of the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ - speaking xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) peoples. These lands have long been a place of learning for Musqueam, with cultural and traditional knowledge passed down from generation to generation for thousands of years.
